The mentor is responsible for providing personal support to volunteer(s) and help(s) with the integration in the local community. The supervisor also has an important role in the discussion of learning outcomes with the volunteer at the end of the activity, in order to obtain the Young Pass. The volunteer(s) may turn to the mentor in case of problems.
