About the site

The Youth in Action Programme is managed by the National Agencies. The site europeanvoluntaryservice.com is managed by ProAtlântico - Associação Juvenil and is not the official website of the European Voluntary Service. The mission of this web site  is to promote European Voluntary Service near the Youngsters to make them known the objectives of the EVS, the rights and duties of the partners involved, the procedures required to participate in an EVS project, to present testimony from former EVS volunteers, and to give to the youngesters information about the EVS projects in Portugal.
 
The contents of this site are adapted from Youth in Action Guide, the T-kits (www.training), EVS Guide for Volunteers and collaboration of several trainers and EVS volunteers. The contents of the website are the responsibility of ProAtlântico - Assocaição Juvenil and are not binding at any time.
